Guillermo Correa Benedetti
CEO
Has a Bachelor degree in Business Administration and MBA from IE Business School in Madrid. He worked for six years at ENEL group, both in Chile and Italy, participating in financial and M&A operations. Founder of DGS, through which a total of 1,000 hectares are managed

Felipe Alegría Esquivel
CFO
Has a Bachelor degree in Business Administration from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez with extensive experience in corporate finance. He worked six years at Enersis and Endesa Chile (currently the ENEL group) and another seven years at the Falabella Group, reaching senior management positions

José Antonio Rodríguez-Cano Samaniego
Partner
Agronomist from Universidad Católica, with more than 30 years developing and managing agricultural investments in different species such as citrus, avocados, nuts and stone fruits. He currently is managing more than 220 hectares of the group in the central valleys of Mallarauco, Curacavi and Melipilla

Jaime Busquet Herrera
Partner
Agricultural Engineer and MBA at Universidad Católica. Working since 1991 with the group. He currently has his own walnut investments of approximately 200 hectares. He founded Growex, a nut export company

Mario Opazo Regginatto
COO
Agricultural Engineer from Universidad Católica de Valparaíso, with more than 20 years of experience developing and managing agricultural investments of citrus and avocados, with special emphasis on limited water resources. He is currently in charge of 250 hectares located in the north part of the V Region
